Our curriculum has been carefully designed with our children and their individual needs at its heart. We know that every child is different, so we make sure that what we teach reflects their needs, interests, experiences and the community in which they live.
Our children experience a carefully planned curriculum that builds their knowledge and skills step by step, while giving them opportunities to explore, ask questions and develop a genuine love of learning. Through a wide range of enrichment experiences, we encourage children to be curious, try new things, discover their talents and broaden their horizons.
We also believe that education is about much more than academic achievement. We help our children develop confidence, self-discipline, resilience and strong character, teaching them how to work positively with others and make good choices.
Our aim is for every child to leave Academy with the knowledge, skills and confidence they need to succeed — both in their education and in life. We want our pupils to be curious, kind, independent and ambitious, ready to embrace opportunities and thrive in the modern world.
Our core values underpin our vision and everything we do at Radford Academy. We want these values to be key characteristics of our school community.
